Another big name has produced a new product. The Android platform is sure getting lively. The fact that Dell sees mobile phones as a logical extension of their portfolio confirms my belief that the desktop web and mobile web is merging into a new space, which will have significant influence on how we consume and expect online media and services in 2010. Fluidity of media provisioning across 3 screens (TV, desk/laptop and mobile), location-based filtering, information visualization on small screens and geo-privacy will open new opportunities and challenges to designers.
The unboxing of CMCC version is rather un-eventful. I’m expecting a full review to surface in a few days.
