Crowd-sourced Glove Tracking

On May 4 2007, an artist and an engineer asked users on the net to manually identify Michael Jackson’s white glove from a recording of his landmark performance of “Billy Jean”. In 72 hours, 125,000 entries were submitted. They then invited others to visualize the data. Click on the image below to access the site and its gallery archive.
